Our beautifully designed mobile dessert & espresso carts are fully equipped to serve premium, barista-crafted drinks — from rich cappuccinos and velvety lattes to smooth Americanos and perfectly pulled espressos.

Each cart is operated by a professional barista or server, ensuring every cup is expertly prepared and every guest feels attended to. To complement our coffee experience, we offer an irresistible selection of desserts, including freshly made churros, classic cannoli, Italian butter cookies, and more — a sweet pairing for every sip.

  • We offer a full scratch-made dessert menu to accompany our coffee services (many of our competitors do not)

  • We are proud to display our authentic imported Italian commercial espresso machines on our carts (many of our competitors hide their machines) - no home-use breville or nespresso machines will ever be found on an Ellie's Cart. We provide the highest quality Service, Coffee, Equipment & Carts ensuring your coffee is served at a high speed, with high quality.

  • Our carts feature built in sinks, rinsers, hot water etc offering the ability to ensure cleanliness throughout the event (many of our competitors do not have sinks, rinsers)
  • We include 3hrs standard, many of our competitors charge by Hour & Headcount

  • Fully Licensed By (OCHD) and Insured

  • Dessert Cart/ Bike Only Options available (Churro Cart, Canolli Cart, Etc)

If the event is outdoors, we can provide our own electricity, tent etc if needed!

Set up time is included in our pricing, and is separate than the 3 hour serving window. We ask for 1 hour to set-up, and 30 minutes to tear down.

Featuring a dark natural wood tabletop, a matching wood-paneled espresso machine, and our signature “Ellie’s” canvas canopy.
Completely self-contained and fully powered, the Coffee & Dessert Bike requires no external electricity or water access, allowing it to operate virtually anywhere — indoors or outdoors.
